Urban He & Her Stays is a hostel accommodation service in Hyderabad for students and working professionals. Urban He Stays is for male residents; Urban Her Stays is for female residents — furnished, shared-room accommodation and related amenities, subject to availability and property rules.
2. Use of the website
The site provides information on facilities, room types, amenities, locations and lets prospects submit enquiries. Use only for lawful purposes. You agree not to violate law, provide false information, gain unauthorised access, disrupt operation/security, misuse others' data, copy or commercially exploit content, or damage/impair the site. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
3. Website as an enquiry platform
Our site is an enquiry and lead-generation platform: visit → enquiry → contact → discuss availability/pricing/terms → offline booking and payment. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking, reservation or confirmation, creates no contract and guarantees nothing. Booking is confirmed only after the offline process and our confirmation.
4. Accommodation availability
Availability info is indicative only and may change anytime (bookings, cancellations, extensions, operations). Displaying a room does not guarantee it; an enquiry does not hold a room; we confirm current availability before booking and may decline where unavailable or requirements aren't met.
5. Pricing and charges
Prices, rent, deposits, booking/registration/service charges shown may be indicative and subject to change. Final charges are communicated during booking based on room, duration, facilities and other factors. We may modify pricing without prior notice. No payment is processed on this website — all payments are offline via communicated methods.
6. Eligibility and verification
Accommodation is primarily for students and working professionals. We may require identity/eligibility information and documents. We may decline where eligibility, verification or operational requirements aren't satisfied; requirements may vary by property.
7. Accuracy of information provided by users
You are responsible for accurate, complete, up-to-date information via forms, WhatsApp, email or phone. We are not responsible for issues/delays/rejections from incorrect or misleading information.
8. Property information, photographs and amenities
We try to keep property info accurate, but photos are representative; actual rooms may differ (furniture, décor, configuration, maintenance); amenities may occasionally be unavailable (maintenance/repairs/operations); configurations vary; info may change without notice. Content is not a guarantee of exact condition or availability.
9. Booking and offline transactions
All bookings complete offline. Before confirming, you may receive rent, booking amount, deposit, registration/service charges, room type, duration, facilities, cancellation, house rules and other terms. Review them before booking; booking becomes binding per the agreed offline terms.
10. Cancellation and refund policy
After confirmation, cancellation may not be permitted beyond the applicable period. Amounts paid (booking, deposits, rent, charges) may be non-refundable, per booking terms and law. Enquiries alone create no refund rights. We may set cancellation terms per booking.
11. Property and resident rules
Residents must follow all rules, safety requirements and instructions — visitors, noise/conduct, smoking, prohibited substances, pets, hygiene, common areas, damage, check-in/out, ID, safety, appliances and other operational matters, plus any additional booking terms. Violations may lead to termination or other action per booking terms and law.
12. Resident conduct and responsibility for damage
Residents are responsible for their conduct, laws and rules, and may be liable for damage/loss to property, furniture, fixtures or equipment from negligence, misuse, unauthorised or intentional acts — including repair/replacement/cleaning costs.
13. Communications through WhatsApp and other electronic means
By providing contact details you consent to contact via telephone, WhatsApp, email, SMS or other means for enquiry responses, availability/pricing, booking help, support, service info and Urban Stays promotions. You may opt out of promotions via contact details; necessary service communications may continue.
14. Third-party links and external services
Links to maps, social, communications or other external resources are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy — their own terms apply.
15. Intellectual property
All site content (text, photos, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding, layouts, designs, icons) is owned by or licensed to Urban Her Stays and Urban He Stays Private Limited. No copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Urban Stays / He / Her names, logos and branding may not be used without authorisation.
16. Website information disclaimer
Information is for general purposes; while we try to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or currency. Accommodation, availability, pricing, photos and services may change. Nothing here is a guarantee, offer or binding commitment until booking is confirmed.
17. Website availability and technical issues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free availability — maintenance, technical, upgrade, network, security or uncontrollable events may cause downtime. We are not responsible for loss from temporary unavailability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Privacy and personal information
We collect and process personal information per our Privacy Policy — review it to understand collection, use, storage and handling. Using the site and submitting info acknowledges processing for legitimate purposes (enquiries, bookings, services, records, legal compliance).
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss from use/inability to use the site, reliance on info, interruptions, changes, uncontrollable circumstances or unauthorised access/alteration. 20. Force majeure
